Krol Group International achieved the top ‘5 Star’ award in the category of Best International Real Estate Office in the USA.

More than 500 leading property professionals from across the globe gathered at the Lancaster London Hotel on November 22, for the presentations of the highly prestigious and fiercely contested International Property Awards, which consider both residential and commercial categories and scores entries from each of the world’s various regions including Arabia, the UK, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe and Africa to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.

“We are very pleased and deeply honored to have received this award, said John Krol, President of Krol Group International. “Everyone on our team has worked diligently to create a unique, thorough and highly responsive model of service for our international clients based on key strategic partnerships abroad, a comprehensive knowledge of the international property arena and our own unique capabilities. We are happy to know that we are giving our customer exactly what they need when it comes to purchasing property here.”

VIP guests attending the presentations included the Chinese First Minister, Uruguay Ambassador, High Commissioner of Malaysia and Deputy High Commissioner & Counsellor of Singapore. Former BBC Royal Correspondent, Jennie Bond was presenter for the evening while the awards’ main sponsors Bloomberg Television were represented on stage by Maryam Nemazee, political, business and economic news anchor, and Dina Najia, head of marketing.

Stuart Shield, chairman of the International Property Awards says, “In our quest to find the world’s most outstanding projects and property professionals, we were please to discover that the total value of the award winning projects was over $100 billion, an amount in high contrast with the ‘bear market” sentiment regarding the worldwide property market. There are some incredibly strong roots being laid for future growth and the creation of new properties worldwide that are more attractive, safer, kinder to the environment, smarter and able to deliver a better quality of life for those who live and work in them.”

Judging took place at the London offices of Bloomberg Television. This year’s prestigious panel of judges included Luke McKend, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australia Institute of Architects, Hendrik Nelde, president of FIABCI Belgium; Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Sven Johns, CEO of the German Real Estate Association.
