Krol Group International achieved the top ‘5 Star’ award in the category of Best International Real Estate Office in the USA.
More than 500 leading property professionals from across the globe gathered at the Lancaster London Hotel on November 22, for the presentations of the highly prestigious and fiercely contested International Property Awards, which consider both residential and commercial categories and scores entries from each of the world’s various regions including Arabia, the UK, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe and Africa to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.

VIP guests attending the presentations included the Chinese First Minister, Uruguay Ambassador, High Commissioner of Malaysia and Deputy High Commissioner & Counsellor of Singapore. Former BBC Royal Correspondent, Jennie Bond was presenter for the evening while the awards’ main sponsors Bloomberg Television were represented on stage by Maryam Nemazee, political, business and economic news anchor, and Dina Najia, head of marketing.

Judging took place at the London offices of Bloomberg Television. This year’s prestigious panel of judges included Luke McKend, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australia Institute of Architects, Hendrik Nelde, president of FIABCI Belgium; Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Sven Johns, CEO of the German Real Estate Association.
